We have been trying since 2022 to secure our right to grow a legal crop, in our Township, which allows cannabis cultivation.

The West Amwell Township Cannabis Ordinance has been changed multiple times, typically without public notice or justification, and is currently under review by the NJ State Court, because we have filed a complaint, that our right to due process, to apply for a Municipal License, has been ignored.

While waiting for the court to rule on the issue, we grew Cannabis Sativa, Industrial Hemp Fiber and CBD Varieties, to see if they would grow well and if there would be any offensive smell.

We had no complaints; people had no idea we were even growing hundreds of pot plants in the field.
